We are hiring for the position of Trainee – Office Support Desk to support front desk operations and routine administrative tasks. The role is open to suitable candidates, with preference given to female applicants.

What you'll do

•Write English articles and short content using AI tools (guidance and assistance provided).
•Generate images and videos using AI platforms (training and support will be provided).
•Perform basic video editing using CapCut for social media and promotional content (assistance provided).
•Handle general office administrative tasks and coordination work.
•Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting and basic engagement.
•Present and appear in promotional videos and short marketing content when required.
•Support simple development-related tasks under supervision.
•Assist in basic AI dataset preparation and data organization (no prior AI knowledge required; full guidance provided).

What we're looking for

•Basic English writing and communication skills.
•Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and platforms.
•Comfortable with basic computer usage and online tools.
•Confidence to appear in simple promotional videos.
•No prior experience in AI or development is required.
